Last updated: 5 November 2026. These website terms apply to requests for information about Philippines Marriage Assist services. Any confirmed paid service should be described in a separate written proposal or agreement before you commit.
Our role
We are a private assistance service offering marriage document planning, marriage-license process guidance and wedding coordination. We are not a Philippine government office, a civil registrar, an embassy, a court or a law firm.
Eligibility and official decisions
The relevant Philippine authorities decide whether a couple qualifies, which documents are accepted, whether a marriage license may be issued and when ceremonies and certificates can be processed. Government and consular requirements vary according to nationality, residence, age, marriage history, location and applicable law. Our information cannot guarantee approval or a particular completion date.
Enquiries and arrangements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve a venue, public appointment or marriage date. A confirmed arrangement should specify the actual scope, exclusions, any government or third-party fees, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund conditions.
Website information
Articles provide general planning information and links to primary official sources. They are not individualized legal, immigration or consular advice. Check current rules with the receiving office and seek a qualified professional for complex legal questions.
Communications and privacy
We may respond through WhatsApp and other contact methods you choose to provide. Please read our Privacy Policy before providing personal details.
